Haven't seen this since it's cinema release.
ReplyDeleteCompletely different role for Levy.
ReplyDeleteJohn De Lancie's great.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't ringing any bells but being a guy in his 30's I'd be surprised if I haven't seen a post-Batman Michael Keaton film from the 90's.
ReplyDeleteI've always thought of Andie MacDowell as being quite 'one note' but seeing this back to back with Groundhog Day I think I owe her an apology.
ReplyDeleteKeaton is always a safe pair of hands.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine that America football at that age probably is largely uncoordinated and....dreadful.
ReplyDeleteThe kids in this are very good. And I generally don't get on with child actors.
ReplyDeleteNo doubting she's a Cusack
ReplyDeleteThis is really well filmed, technically. Nearly seamless.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. This kind of thing goes wrong so often but they've nailed it here.
DeleteIf this was reversed and Andie MacDowell was the one cloning herself, this whole "were you wearing that shirt a minute ago" problem just wouldn't come up.
ReplyDeleteAnd back at the beginning of the marathon it would have caused a whole different type of scene.
DeleteMuch under rated. Don't think I've ever seen this on a TV schedule and I really don't know why.
ReplyDeleteCompletely. I think we nearly didn't include this ourselves. Glad we did. Has woken me up a bit!
